Theresa has a BTech degree (HR management), and is currently busy with her BA with majors in Psychology and Anthropology
Carolyn has a BA from UNISA, and a Diploma in Secretarial Practice from Rhodes University
She has twenty years experience in training, and is steeped in the hospitality industry and its ways.
She worked for the Industrial Society, UK (a management training organisation), ran the Price Waterhouse Training Centre, London, and ran her own training company in Harare, Zimbabwe.
She has been involved with a variety of clients, in both training and course design
Carolyn has ties with THETA and has her NQ Assessor Licence as well as her advanced trainers qualification from THETA
